• Pricing, delivery, refunds, or warranties
• Disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions

2. User Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older.
• Users must provide accurate and lawful information.
• Business owners are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and licenses.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Listings & Content

Sellers agree that:

• Listings must be accurate and lawful
• Content must not be misleading, offensive, or illegal
• Listings may be reviewed, removed, or suspended at our discretion

We do not guarantee listing visibility or results.

5. Payments & Premium Services

• Payments are applicable only for premium features or advertisements.
• All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
• IndoBazaar.my does not guarantee sales or leads.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Post false or misleading listings
• Upload illegal, abusive, or copyrighted content
• Attempt fraud or misrepresentation
• Circumvent platform fees
• Misuse contact details of other users

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law:

• IndoBazaar.my shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) by the user in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access without notice
• Remove listings or accounts violating these terms
